October 2008 Things are just great here -- Ed and I are THRILLED with our beautiful home. We wouldn't have such a high quality home if it wasn't for all of you folks and all of your totally terrific subs who did such a fine job out here. You, and everyone there, are welcome to visit (have a look-see!) anytime at all. We do plan to have a House Party for everyone who worked on our home -- I'll keep you posted. Strangers going down the road stop by and want to see it October 2008 I like the natural look with cedar and stucco together. Cedar was a must! I love the rustic look that cedar creates. Using your mirrored windows, I can see "mother nature" all around me. They save money because they are so energy efficient. My home is so liveable - the beauty of my hardwood, tile and marble floors are easy to care for. Our designer, West Eppley, was most helpful. He was recommended by our Lindal distributor, Mike Shell, of Carolina Custom Homes. He was the greatest! He took my two pages of typed requests and a simple drawing and came up with this beautiful home. I love all those roof lines and skylights. I would recommend Lindal homes to my friends because our distributor, Mike Shell, has been helpful from day one! The lumber package really was very complete and the quality of the wood is superb. The thing that I really can’t believe is the tongue and groove cedar under the eves. That is a great little touch. Again, the T&G cedar under the roof is a great look. I am also very pleased with the quality of the doors and windows. Thanks again. Please feel to you me as a reference.
